I absolutely love unicorns and anything fantasy. Something like this would be absolutely amazing to sit and stare at all day.
Now many may be wary and be wondering and thinking that the murals might not fit on your wall. Well the good thing about Wallsauce is that all the murals can be made to measure rather than custom measurements. Obviously some of the designs will come with length limits or warnings when ordering. If the measurements are too big or small then this can make the image distorted.
Some of these mural designs are absolutely stunning and they cater for all tastes and themes too. I love the fantasy prints myself; be it unicorns, fairies, mystical lands or something psychedelic. I also like anything with dolphins or ocean pictures.
It just so happens that I actually have something very similar to this Underwater scenemural on my dining room wall.
I can’t remember where I purchased mine from but it does look very much like this one, and it also means I have experience in putting them up.
The murals arrive in panels, like wallpaper pieces but I’d say a bit narrower. Each panel will have a number on, the numbers indicate the order in which they should be put up. The majority of murals from Wallsauce use the easier paste the wall application where hog paste the wall first and then stick the panels on rather than pasting the back of the panels. I did find it easier to put up a mural compared to wallpaper as there is much less cutting involved and less mess.
There are literally hundreds of different designs to choose from and I’m so tempted to get measuring my walls to get another one up. Some of these images are amazing and some remind me of those fantasy type posters that were around when I was a teenager. The fact that they are made to measure means that they can go on any wall, or even door, no matter how big or small. They are easy enough to put up that even those that are hopeless at D.I.Y, like myself! will be able to put these murals.
I’m unable to say how much they cost as each one comes made to measure and so it depends on the wall measurements. On each individual mural page you can input wall dimensions in both cms and inches to get a price.
Hmm, I think I might like something like this for the kitchen, but maybe a brick pattern or tile pattern instead of the real thing? might be worth checking to see if this is something they do 😀
