Whether you want a classic espresso or a seasonal pumpkin spice latte, keep reading for recipes that will satisfy your thirst.

Dalgona Coffee

Dalgona coffee, which started as a Tik Tok trend, has now gone viral as the drink you must try. This frothy drink could become your new caffeine fix if you have all the ingredients. To begin, mix the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a medium bowl for 8 to 12 minutes to achieve a silky and smooth texture. You can use a hand mixer or electric whisk to achieve the best fluffiness.

Fill a glass halfway with ice and milk, then top with the whipped coffee mixture. Make a swirl or any other patterns you want on it before serving and you are good to go. Remember that this recipe produces enough Dalgona to froth for one or two servings, depending on how much caffeine you desire. It is tasty, but extremely strong, so drink at your own risk!

Iced Mocha

Enjoy the creaminess of chocolate milk combined with a shot of espresso and top with whipped cream for a delicious iced mocha. You no longer need to go to a coffee shop because you can do it yourself at a far lower cost. What you want to do first is pour the milk into the saucepan, followed by the chocolate button. Mix them until the chocolate button is totally melted and set them aside to cool.

Fill your tall glass halfway with ice, then add the cooled chocolate milk and the rest of the milk. Swirl them together, then slowly pour in the espresso. If you do not want the ices to melt and dilute your mocha, make use of your refrigerator by freezing some coffee in an ice tray before using them when making the iced mocha. Finish with whipped cream and a dusting of chocolate powder, then you are done! You can add more chocolate syrup if you want, and the iced mocha will become your go-to drink whenever you want.

Vietnamese Egg Coffee

Most people might be taken aback by the idea of a cup of coffee mixed with eggs, but that is not the case among Vietnamese. Coffee with eggs is popular because it produces a rich and delicious beverage that is great for a flavourful burst of energy. The Vietnamese version is a dessert coffee, a smooth mixture consisting of a sweet eggy foam atop a cup of brewed coffee. To begin, combine the egg yolk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in the bowl of a standing mixer.

Beat on high with a wire whisker until the consistency is close to the cake batter and not overly foamy. Spoon a tiny bit of the foam on top of a glass of water to evaluate the consistency. If it floats, it has the right consistency. Brew your coffee to your liking using a coffee machine and keep it warm in a small dish of hot water. Put the whipped egg foam onto the top of the coffee and finish with a dusting of chocolate powder if desired.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin spice lattes are perhaps the most popular drinks to try during the fall season. You cannot just avoid them since they have been made famous by a well-known coffee chain. The good news is that you can brew your own pumpkin spice latte at home. A few cupboard goods added to your morning coffee can transform it into the beloved seasonal pumpkin recipe whenever you wish. In a saucepan, combine the unsweetened pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, and espresso.

Bring to a moderate simmer, whisking occasionally, until the pumpkin puree has been mixed and the sugar and spices have dissolved. Heat the milk in a second pot and whisk the milk until it foams or froths. Pour the hot coffee mixture into a mug, followed by the foamy milk. For more flavours, top with whipped cream and a thin sprinkle of other spices.
