At last the nice warm weather is here and the Barbeques are out along with the salads, fruit and ice creams. Rather than the boring same old tastes. I find it’s nice to experiment with different flavours and sauces.
Atkins & Potts have a huge selection of sauces and dips for every foodie occasion. Both savoury. Sweet, dips, dressings and more. Many types of pasta sauces, mayonnaise and sauces from around the world can be found on their website.

Mango & Chilli dipping sauce
This fruity sauce has a fresh tropical taste and instantly turns any dish into a sweet and sour delight. It has that sweet chilli taste which I love. It’s a dipping sauce but can also be poured over food. I love it with prawns, it gives them a whole new flavour.
To use as a dip I just tip a little out into a bowl and can then dip crisps, chips, vegetables or whatever I like into it. It’s one of those sauces that once you start dipping, it’s hard to stop.
Wasabi & Lime Dressing
Wasabi is a very hot spicy sauce, which blends well with lime flavouring. This sauce goes well with salads and fish dishes. I used a little with some grilled salmon.
Both of these sauces are intended for use with savoury dishes. They would both make a change from the usual sauces people find at Barbecues and if having a barbecue are best left out for everyone to sample with their food.
Milk Chocolate and Orange dessert sauce
I could not resist opening and trying this sauce as soon as it arrived. It is deliciously thick and can be enjoyed warmed up or just as it is. Lovely with ice cream and fruit and especially strawberries.
