What’s your favourite meal? Either to prepare or just eat. Mine is a very traditional British roast dinner with all the trimmings. I’m not sure I really have a preference to the type of meat. I’m not big on beef but will happy eat it if given. I absolutely love chicken, pork, lamb and duck and have in the past sampled more high class meats such as venison, veal, game birds etc. All of which go down so well with a multitude of delicious vegetables. Mash potato is a must as are roasts. I love carrots, broccoli, cabbage, swede, sprouts, parsnips and so many more. Then there is the Yorkshire puddings which must be crispy and I always have sage and onion stuffing regardless of the meat. I don’t like mint sauce and don’t mind the apple sauce thing with pork. I love bisto gravy on top too tho not so much that it spoils the meal.
