Abney and Teal live on an island which is in the middle of a lake, the lake is in the middle of a park and the park is in the middle of a big city.
They share their island home with some funny and friendly characters and are always ready for new adventures.

Casper the Friendly Ghost. Because he was cute and friendly. I liked watching this cartoon as well as others on a sunday on Cartoon Cavalcade.
