The yoghurt is made via an authentic straining process to remove excess way. This is done after pasteurising milk and adding live active cultures.

I was sent a lovely box full of Chobani yoghurts to try. I was very impressed, the yoghurts are thick and creamy and full of real fruit and flavour. Some of the varieties are very unusual such as Blood Orange which sounds scary but tastes great. Also Apple Cinnamon which was my favourite. I have never heard of this flavour in any other yoghurt brand before. It was like the inside of a good apple pie mixed with creamy yoghurt.

The pomegrenate one was a fab addition to yoghurt range.
Didn’t see the apple one yet.
Got quite a few recipes with Chobani yoghurt in the pipeline to publish.
Including my best ever Blueberry muffins 😉
