Yum yum my postie bought me a lovely box of Byron Bay cookies and I could not wait to try them.
Company Information. Using an old farmhouse stove in a Byron Bay country cottage founders Maggi Miles and Gary Lines experimented with ingredients to create a white choc chunk and macadamia nut cookie and triple choc fudge cookie which are still some of the company’s top selling cookies today.
The company name officially changed to Byron Bay Cookie Company in the late 1990s. Since then Byron Bay Cookies have become an international best seller in over 30 countries worldwide, picking up awards for their quality and taste.
In 2007, wanting to keep with the company’s green credentials and use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible, Byron Bay Cookie Company signed a deal with one of the UK most prestigious bakeries to produce the cookies in the United Kingdom.
Certified by the vegetarian company for being gluten free and containing only free range eggs these cookies have to be the best around.

20130516-104144.jpg. Oh I was delighted when my big box of cookies arrived, well packaged and each cookie individually wrapped, lots of individual exciting flavours to tempt my taste buds.

Triple chocolate fudge – delicious
These cookies are so generous in size, the thickest biggest cookies I have ever seen, I was full after one, they are very crumbly and taste delicious especially with a nice brew. Definitely 10/10 for me and the finest tasting cookies ever.
