Read a book (Healthy)

Spending some time sitting down and reading a book is a great way to relax. Sitting down and focusing on your mind helps you feel better, especially if you’re stressed or anxious. You can learn something new, explore other worlds, or just get lost in the book for hours.

Sleeping too much (Unhealthy)
