We’ve all been there – the weather turns colder, and our skin turns flaky and dry. Makeup no longer sits nicely on our skin, our faces itch, and they just feel horrible in general. Sometimes only using a good moisturizer won’t cut it; it is important to fit many different things into your daily schedule and routine to give your skin the best chance. Ensure you drink enough water each day

Water is the holy grail for your body and the fuel that keeps every part of you functioning each day. If you do any strenuous activity, such as working out or going on a long walk, you will need to drink more to replenish your levels as soon as you can. This is great to rehydrate but also has a bit of flavor to it too. You can also get added hydration from certain fruits and vegetables like watermelon, apples, and oranges.

The water’s heat can also inflame the skin similar to sunburn and cause itching, redness, and peeling – all things you don’t want from your skin!
