Self-care is very important. Whether physical or mental self-care, both are incredibly important. For physical self-care, don’t be afraid to take breaks. Even thirty minutes a day will help immensely. Take a walk sometimes, and don’t be afraid to do something that you enjoy every once in a while.

Finally, don’t be afraid to ask for help. Whether it be your partner, friends, or even family, asking for help is good to do. You’re not in this alone.
