    We went to see so many houses when we were purchasing this year and the state of some people’s homes with the clutter – You would think they would want to show off the space. One was 70k more than the neighbours that had sold, exactly the same space and layout so it was never going to sell at that price. Crazy!

      I remember the same when my parents were viewing houses ages ago, all cluttered and untidy and then they wonder why they can’t sell
