No these boots aren’t named Bella and nor do they come from any shop or company called Bella. They just belong to my little girl – Izebella, whom we call Bella for short.
As you can see by the tag, they are Didriksons Kids boots and therefore you just know they are going to be comfy and great for winter weather.
The main thing I liked about these splash man kids boots is the very rich striking and rather pretty colour which is amethyst. They do come in other colours of course but I knew this would be a favourite for Izebella.
The boots have lacing at the front and reflective strip at the back. They are fully waterproof and windproof meaning little Bellas feet will keep both dry and warm, come rain, hail, ice or snow. They are made from natural rubber and compared to your everyday standard welly boot, I think they look pretty stylish. In fact if they did these for adults, I’d happily wear a pair to go splashing in puddles with Bella.

As Didriksons is a European company, the sizes are also European. However for those of us confused by this and wondering what size converts to my child’s size, then a simple google search of kids shoe conversion chart will help.
Didriksons products can be found in most outdoor type stores so think Blacks, Go outdoors, out north, also a few sport clothes stores and many online stores including Amazon (is there anything Amazon doesn’t sell??) The prices will vary but I have spotted the boots from £30. They would go really well with one of the kids matching waterproof jackets or sets too I think, which would give total waterproof protection against this awful weather we are having.
