Diet Chef Update

I have now been on my Diet Chef plan for about ten days.
I’m finding the meals are great and contain just the correct amount for me. I am enjoying the variety that I chose which includes various curries, chilli, Bolognese , pasta and lots of different chicken dishes.

I am also liking my lunches which are a mixture of tasty soups, milkshakes and protein bars. My breakfast normally consists of granola or a breakfast bar.

Yes it’s been very tempting not to reach for the snacks but I think I am doing okay so far. I have had a steak dinner inbetween but I don’t think this alone is too bad.
Anyway I have weighed myself and the pounds are shifting slowly but surely
I am now 133 pounds. That is 2 pounds down from my first post.
