Warm up your Mornings with Special K

Special K are launching their first ever porridge guaranteed to be popular throughout the cold Autumn and Winter mornings.

The Special K multi grain porridges come in three different varieties. Original, Red Berries and tasty Almond & Honey.

The porridges are made from oats , barley and rye and contain 30 % less fat than other porridges making them more healthy and great for slimmers.
The porridges can be found in most major supermarkets and stores in boxed satchet packets and individual 50g pots. Prices start from 99p.
This certainly makes a nice morning treat before work or school run and will defiantly put some warmth in our bellies.

    I tend to go around lighting candles to warm the place up and a nice cup of hot chocolate works well too if I have time!

    To keep warm in the morning, I put my socks on, wrap up in my dressing gown and then make a hot bowl of porridge, topped off with almonds, honey and chopped apricots, yum.

    How to keep warm in the mornings? interesting question. With us, its socks and a jumper to start. A good steaming cup of tea (coffee does NOT work). That will get your blood warming up.

On a cold frosty morning, there is nothing better than a warming cup of hot chocolate and bowl of steaming porridge whilst you are wrapped up in snuggly jim jams, dressing gown and slippers. When it’s time to venture out, put on as many layers as possible, snuggly socks and a warm hat, gloves and scarf!
