The Collective Gourmet Yoghurts

The Collective is the brainchild of two ex chefs and was started in New Zealand where it soon became the best selling gourmet yoghurt. In 2011 they joined forces with Mike and Amelia in the UK and the aim of The Collective is to bring their gorgeous yoghurt to UK fridges.

I was sent some vouchers to purchase my own Yoghurts. (for review) . I must admit I had a bit of a hard time finding them in Bolton ( which isn’t unusual we have nothing here) but the searching was certainly worth it when I found them in Sainsburys. Although they didn’t stock every flavour, I was more than happy with Russian fudge, Passion fruit and a Limited edition coconut, papaya and lime.

The Yoghurts contain a double layer of compote to give a balance of sweet and tart and they are made from West Country Milk . The best bit is the only contain 5% fat too.
I never thought Yoghurts could taste so good.
