Sun is shining, cool drinks are flowing and what better way to finish off a nice summer evening than with some delicious yummy fajitas.
Discovery Foods sent us a bag of goodies over so we could make some lovely Fajitas.
I received
*fajita making kit containing plain flour tortillas and a satchet of fajita seasoning.
*Jar of Fajita season & sauce
*Mild smooth salsa sauce
*sour cream topping
The fajitas are so simple and quick to make. Using the Fajita kit I fried some chicken strips and added the Fajita seasoning, stirred well and let it blend together for a few minutes. I warmed tortillas in microwave and served with peppers, soured cream tipping and salsa.
They tastes delicious especially with the sauces. Lots of Mexican spicy flavour without being too spicy. A nice quick filling meal which can be enjoyed by both young and old.
